At the Loss of a Spouse seminar, you’ll learn from others who understand and have found ways to make it through. Winter Class Meets on Tuesdays
January 21 to April 8

Our Grief Share support group is a safe, welcoming place where people who are grieving the death of someone close can come and understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 12-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief.

Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability — and gain solid support each step of the way. Come be with others who understand how you feel, and can relate to the pain of your loss. The cost to attend the next session is $25 per person.
