FAQ

Do other family members need a ticket?
No, only kids from ages 2 to 6th grade need a ticket. Other family members are invited to attend, but won’t be able to participate in the events. See below for information about food for the whole family.

Will food be available?
Yes! Children’s tickets include a hot dog dinner and a variety of treats including cotton candy, popcorn, and caramel apples. Other family members may purchase the same food for a minimal cost, or feel free to visit our food trucks! (Food trucks will collect payment for their own food items.)

Where do I park?
You’ll see lots of signs on Encino to direct you to one of our four parking lots. We’ll also have some friendly faces out guiding you to make parking a breeze!

Will there be a space if my child becomes sensorily overwhelmed?
We’re excited to partner again with Hope on the Hard Road special needs nonprofit to provide a Sensory Friendly Space in our Children’s Center.

What kind of costume should my child wear?
We love costumes! We just ask that your child only wear non-gory or non-scary costumes so kids of all ages can have a fun night.
